How to set up your GoTo account and softphone

You should receive an invitation email from GOTO which includes your links to setting up an account. If you haven’t received your welcome email let us know at:

We can resend you the invitation, or you can follow these steps:

1) Open a browser window and go to  Click on “Sign in to GoTo” Your username is your email address, enter it and click next. If you do not know your password or this is the first time activating your password, click on “Forgot password” and follow the instructions to reset it.

Once you’ve logged in, you’ll see your dashboard. Your account has now been activated.

2) Once your account is activated you can download the softphone GoTo Connect on your computer or your phone as a mobile app. Desktop and Mobile apps can be downloaded from the following link:

Once you’ve downloaded and installed the desktop app, simply sign in with your credentials and you will be able to make and receive calls.
