1) Open your browser and go to your company RDWeb portal URL

2) Enter your username and password to sign inns

3) Click on Start Setup

4) Select Mobile Phone and click on Continue

5) Set the country to Canada

6) Enter your phone number

7) Make sure you place the checkmark in the box to confirm the phone number

8) Click on Continue

9) Select your phone OS type (Android or iPhone) and click on Continue

10) On your phone go to App Store or Google Play Store and install “Duo Mobile”

11) Go back to the RDWeb portal you already opened on the computer and click on “I have Duo Mobile installed” 

12) Open “Duo Mobile” app on your phone

13) Select Add from top right

14) Select “Use QR Code”

15) Scan the QR code from the computer screen

16) Click on Continue

17) Click on Continue to Login

18) Click on “Send Me a Push”. 

19) Duo will send a push message to the phone and the user should approve the login request to the RDWeb

20) Once you login to your RDWeb portal click on the Desktop icon

21) Click on the RDP file that is downloaded to your browser to connect to the server 

22) Enter your username and password and click on OK to connect to the server
